Trouble installing Writer's DreamKit on Windows 10

Problem:

"I just upgraded my computer and am trying to reload Writer's DreamKit 4.  When I enter the serial number in set up, the set up freezes.  Basically, when I click "Next" after entering the number, nothing happens."

Solution:

Try running the program.  It's possible the program installed properly but the registration portion is what hung up.  If that is the case, don't worry about it.  If you haven't registered the software, I suggest sending your registration information to customer service by sending this form:
