When using Auto-estimation, is there anyway I can tell the duration of an event when I am in timeline mode?

Yes, there are a couple of ways to do this. To view the duration of any event simply select the event and the duration will appear in the status bar at the bottom of the screen. You can also have the duration automatically display in the title of the the event by following the steps below:

1. Go to Tools > Document Settings (F2) and select Titles under Event Hierarchies in the tree display.
2. In the Automatic display of event type, title and number box, place the cursor in the first text field, where you want the duration to appear in the title.
3. Now click on the Insert Autotext button and select duration.
4. Click OK, the duration for each event will appear in the title area.
