How can I turn off the printing of the event backgrounds?

To prevent the background events from printing, follow the steps below.

Go to the File menu and click Report Options.
Under the Current Report field, click on the arrow and choose Timeline.
In the left window (e.g. Timeline, Events Range, Margins, etc.), click on the Timeline option.
At the bottom, unclick the "Draw colored Backgrounds for" to turn off printing all backgrounds.
Click OK to close this dialog.
