Send request for Response Code - Manual Activation

Should you ever need a manual activation for Screenwriter 6.0, Dramatica Story Expert 5.0, or Outline 4D when an Internet activation is not available, run the software's installer and select manual activation.  You will be presented with EITHER a long series of four digit number (see example below), or a long series of four character 'words' (also see example below):

• Numbers example:  8232 7810 1098 1255 4144 8591 2167 4690 0557 0859 1069 5615 9074 9661 8115 5987 4653 6281 4936
• Letters example:  SPUN MUSS SUBS SHUN SHOD BLIP LONE EASE GALT MALT CHOP AVID PLUG SOBS SAME JEAN LOUT FOES FINK

Copy the challenge text and submit it to tech support using the tech support ticket submission form:

Tech support will send back a response code, which you will copy and paste into the response code text field, hit Next and hit Finish to activate your software.

NOTE:  Mac Screenwriter 6.5 and Dramatica Story Expert 5.3 require an Internet connection so we do not support manual activations for those products.
