Can I create or modify the Outline Styles?

Yes

1. Click on the "Styles" button on the toolbar or Format > Element Styles menu.
2. Click the Outline Styles button to bring up the Outline Styles Panel.
3. To modify a Outline Style select it in the Outline Style List then:
      a) Change the Text or Line Spacing of the Outline Style using the formatting controls at the top of the panel.
   
   - or -
   
      b) Set the Outline Style's attributes by clicking on the controls in the Outline Style List.
