This problem can be caused by moving the Screenwriter folder or making system wide changes to your computer (e.g. upgrading your Operating System).
Please use one of the additional credits to revalidate the program again. Launching the program should give you the option to "Register via Internet":
1. Connect to the Internet.
2. Launch the program and click on Register via Internet.
3. Fill out the fields in blue.
4. Click Validate Installation.
If that does not work or it does not give you that option, please download the latest update from the download section of this support site.
