How do I add/remove the CONT'D after the Character Names?

If you want to add Character Continueds follow these steps:

FOR MOVIE MAGIC SCREENWRITER 6+

1. Click Format > Element Styles
2. Click the Character Names tab/button.
3. Under Character Continueds as, click Extension.
4. Make sure that at the bottom of the window, under Cont'd Text, that it says Continued or CONT'D. If not, type one of those in.
5. Click OK and now you will have character Continueds in your script.

If you no longer want Continueds to appear next to your Character Names follow these steps:

1. Go to your Format menu and click Edit Script Formats.
2. Under "Character Continueds as", click No Automatic Character Continueds.
3. Click OK.

FOR MOVIE MAGIC SCREENWRITER 2000 / 4.x

1. Click Format > Edit Script Formats.
2. Click the Character Names tab/button.
3. Under Character Continueds as, click Extension.
4. Make sure that at the bottom of the window, under Cont'd Text, that it says Continued or CONT'D. If not, type one of those in.
5. Click OK and now you will have character Continueds in your script.
