How do I turn off the Locations pop-up menu?

FOR MOVIE MAGIC SCREENWRITER 6+ (Mac & Windows)

You can turn this feature off in the Screenwriter preferences window.

1. Go Screenwriter > Preferences.
2. Select the Editing tab if it is not already selected.
3. Under the QuickType section, uncheck Auto Pop-Up Locations preference.
4. Click OK.

FOR MOVIE MAGIC SCREENWRITER 2000 / 4.x

You can turn this feature off in the Program Options window.

1. Go File > Program Options.
2. On the right of the Program Options window, click the QuickType button.
3. Under the Auto Pop-up section, uncheck Locations after INT./EXT. selection.
4. Click OK.
