How do I change a Character Name?

The Character Pop-up list is generated from the names in your script. In order to remove a misspelled character name from the pop-up list you must remove it from your script.

An easy way to correct a misspelled name is to use the Change Character Name feature to find the misspelled name and replace it with the correct name.

1. Click Edit > Change Character Name...
2. In the Search for field type in the misspelled name you would like to replace.
3. In the Replace with field type in the correctly spelled name.
4. Click Entire Script and then the OK button.

Now when the Character Pop-up list appears again, the incorrect name will no longer appear.
