The Location Pop-up list is generated from the locations in your script. In order to remove a location from the pop-up list you must remove it from your script.
An easy way to remove unwanted locations is to use the Find & Replace feature.
- Click the Edit > Find menu command.
- In the Search for field type in just the location part of the scene heading.
- In the Replace with field, type in the new location or leave it blank so the program can delete it from the script.
- Click Entire Script and then the OK button.
Now when the Location Pop-up list appears again the unwanted location will no longer appear.
You can also hide locations that are rarely used.
- Go to View > Hide Locations in Pop-Up List.
- Select what names you want to hide.
- Click OK.
The names that you have chosen will not appear in the pop-up location list.
