How do I open a script that was e-mailed to me?

All of our programs our cross platform compatible, meaning files created with our program on a Macintosh can be opened in the Windows version of the same program and vice-versa.

The first thing you want to do is save the attachment from the e-mail to the hard drive. If you do not know how to do this, please refer to the Help file in your e-mail program or google instructions for operating system, e.g. Windows or MacOS.

If you are unable to open a file that was sent from different platform, it is possible that you did not receive the file correctly. We recommend that files sent by email, cloud, DropBox, or any other digital method should be compressed first to avoid corruption.
