This is a known issue in the 4.5.x Windows version of the software, where it is counting the TEASER (or COLD OPEN) as an Act.
This problem is corrected in the final update of Screenwriter 4, which also provides much greater stability.
Act Numbering is incorrect. After the TEASER or COLD OPEN, it says ACT TWO instead of ACT ONE.
