Full access to the limited account needs to be given for two items:
C:\Program Files\Movie Magic Screenwriter (folder)
C:\Windows\Scwriter.ini (or C:\Winnt\Scwriter.ini)
You will need to log in as administrator, or have your administrator set the permissions.
To access the permissions, right click on an item listed above, choose Properties and then click the Security tab. If you do not have a Security tab, please consult the Windows documentation for shutting off Simple File Sharing at the following website:

I can't run Screenwriter under a non-admin account in Windows XP.
