The cursor goes below the bottom of the window and I can't see what I'm typing.

This has been fixed in the 6.0.4 update for Screenwriter 6. The program should notify you that there is an update available if you are online. Clicking "Yes" to the prompt will take you to our update page on our website.

You can always check for updates yourself by clicking on Help > Check for Updates within the program.
