RECOMMENDATION: DOWNLOAD LATEST UPDATE
To fix the issue Windows Vista:
- Exit out of the program.
- Click on Start > Computer.
- Open the C: drive (local hard drive)
- Open the Users folder.
- Open the folder that is labeled with your computer username/login.
- Open the AppData folder.
NOTE: if you don't see the AppData folder, make sure your computer is set to show hidden files and folders. Click Organize, and then click Folder and Search Options. In the Folder Options dialog box, click the View tab, and then under Hidden files and folders, click Show hidden files and folders. - Inside of that, open the Local folder.
- Inside of that, open the Movie Magic Screenwriter folder.
- Right click on Layout.ini and click Delete.
To fix the issue Windows 2000 or XP:
- Exit out of the program.
- Click on Start > My Computer.
- Open up Local Disk (C:).
- Open up Documents and Settings.
- Open up the folder with your username/login.
- Open the Local Settings folder.
NOTE: if you don't see the Local Settings folder, make sure your computer is set to show hidden files and folders. Click Tools, and then click Folder Options. In the Folder Options dialog box, click the View tab, and then under Hidden files and folders, click Show hidden files and folders. - Open the Application Data folder.
- Open the Movie Magic Screenwriter folder.
- Right click on Layout.ini and click Delete.
