To delete an off-screen (O.S.) or voiceover (V.O.) extension after a character name:
- Place the cursor so it is blinking after the character name but before the extension.
- Press the DELETE key on the keyboard for Windows. Press the FORWARD DELETE key on the keyboard for Mac, which usually has a picture of an "x" inside a box pointing to the right.
NOTE: On Mac laptops, you would usually press the function key plus regular Delete key (FN+DELETE).
