While activating Windows Screenwriter 6, you get the following error:
"Error connecting to server because ilinet.dll library could not be loaded. ePay: 16200 / ILIN: 1141"
This is due to your anti-virus / anti-malware program blocking components of Screenwriter 6's activation software.
The solution is to temporarily turn off your anti-virus / anti-malware's real time scanning feature. To do so, you will need to open that program's options window and find out how to turn it off.
Most Anti-Virus / Anti-Malware programs also have a way to ADD any program, such as Screenwriter, to a list of "exceptions" for their real-time security. We STRONGLY suggest you do this. The Screenwriter program is USUALLY located in:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Write Brothers\Movie Magic Screenwriter\scwriter.exe
Next, UNINSTALL Screenwriter (using Window's Add/Remove Control Panel), and then re-install the current-most version of Screenwriter 6 for Windows. After re-installing, you MUST restart Windows.
After Windows restarts, you should be able to double-click on the Screenwriter program or desktop alias, and then complete the normal process of Internet activation.
