Beginning the first week of September, 2018, we are experiencing a problem on our activation server that is primarily affecting Window users. When they go to activate, they get the message:
Activation server return an error (http status 500). id: ePAY : 16005 /wpsw : 767
This issue was caused by an expiring certificate for one of the tools we use on our activation server. We have fixed this issue as of late Friday, September 7th.
NOTE: If you had a TRIAL activation that expired, we will still need to do a MANUAL ACTIVATION. Here's how you can request a MANUAL ACTIVATION:
