Error 105 during Macintosh activation of Screenwriter or Dramatica Story Expert!

If you are trying to activate the MacOS versions of Movie Magic Screenwriter 6.5 (or greater) or Dramatica Story Expert (5.3 or greater), and you get:

Activation Failed Error Code 105 (ApplicationNeverActivatedError) occurred, please contact technical support

This means we "left the bodies and only moved the headstones!"

That vivid reference to a line from the movie "Poltergeist" is supposed to remind us that we accidentally mis-generated the serial number by specifying one product, and failed to change the product code to the proper product code!

Please let someone in Technical Support know, and we will re-generate your serial number!

NOTE: normally, this only happens with serial numbers we custom generate for schools or production companies.
