I cannot see the Help text in the Help View screen below my Story Telling. Is it possible to resize it?

Yes.

Place the mouse pointer over the horizontal line above the Help Buttons so the pointer changes to black up and down arrows separated by a line.

Now hold down the mouse button and drag the horizontal line up until you see the desired amount of text in the windows below.
