Is Word Menu 2.4 compatible with Snow Leopard (Mac OS 10.6)?

Yes.

When you try to launch the program, you may get a message about "missing extensions".

A newer version of Word Menu needs to be installed in order to be able to run on Mac OS 10.5 (Leopard) or OS 10.6 (Snow Leopard).

Please follow the steps 1 and 2 BEFORE installing the newer version.

1. Trash the /Applications/Word Menu application.
2. Install version 2.4.17 from the download link below.
3. Reboot the computer.
4. Double click the Word Menu application in the /Applications folder and activate the program using your Word Menu for Macintosh serial number.

ROSETTA

You may be prompted by your Mac OS to install Rosetta.  This is required for the program to run properly.


SERIAL NUMBER

If the only serial number you have looks like 1167 xxxx xxxx xxxx please contact Customer Service to have them issue you a serial number for Word Menu 2.4 for Macintosh (no charge).
