If you have multiple programs on the Mac from us, such as Screenwriter 6.5 or Dramatica 5.3, and you may have pressed the "Forgot Password" button and not received a password reset email. Here's why:
This can happen if you have two different programs, but only one of them is presently activated. You go to run the "Activate and Register" application for the second program, which hasn't been activated yet. The password reset email never arrives.
This is actually intentional, to keep others from somehow guessing at your account name and using a known serial number that hasn't been registered.
But there's a simple solution. Run the "Activation and Registration" program for the software that you have already activated, and request the password reset from that program. You will receive the password reset email immediately.
