An error 1935 is an installer based error that can occur with any MSI based installer. It is very rare and it appears it can happen to any Windows application, including Microsoft Office. It usually means that some .NET component has become corrupted.
Here is some information from Microsoft on this error:
If you receive a 1935 error when you try to install software, the Windows file system transaction log has become corrupted. To correct this install error, you need to clear the log.
- Open an Administrator command prompt. To do this, press Windows key + X keys together and choose Command Prompt(Admin).
- Now type, fsutil resource setautoreset true C:\
- This assumes that C: is the drive in which Windows 10 is installed. If it is installed on another drive like D:, please change the drive letter appropriately.
- Restart the system and check the issue.
There is also THIS extended set of instructions on the Microsoft support site that are linked from the iLok FAQ:

Because this issue is not directly connected to our software, or to the iLok license management software, you may need to seek additional help from the internet or professional third-party support organization to resolve. It is well worth investing in getting the problem corrected, because it can (and probably will) affect other software on your computer.
As we mentioned, it's very rare: we've on;ly had seven reported instances of this problem, mostly in 2018.
Please make certain you are installing the latest version of Screenwriter 6 located on our support site, and read ALL of the instructions before downloading and installing. As you've discovered, Windows 10 is picky about installing software into the system.
